Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: Rs. 250 anywhere in Pakistan
- Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 2,500
Delivery times
- Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad: 2 to 3 working days
- Rest of Pakistan: 3 to 5 working days
- Remote areas: up to 7 working days
Orders placed after 4:00 PM, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are processed the next working day.
Order tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves us you will get an email with a tracking number. If it has been more than 3 working days and you have not received it, email razaaa1994@gmail.com with your order number.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier. Orders that are refused at the door may affect eligibility for Cash on Delivery on future orders.
Failed deliveries
Our courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If nobody is available, the parcel is returned to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply.
International shipping
We currently deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping is coming soon.
