Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. After 14 days we are unable to accept it.
Condition
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging. Anything that has been worn, altered or damaged cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned
- Underwear, socks and swimwear, for hygiene reasons
- Fragrance and candles once opened
- Items marked Final Sale or bought from Clearance
- Gift cards
How to start a return
- Email razaaa1994@gmail.com with your order number and which items you are returning.
- We will reply within one working day with return instructions.
- Pack the items with their tags and send them to the address we give you, or hand them to the courier we arrange.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Email us with your order number and what you would like instead. If it is in stock we will send the replacement once we receive your return. Exchanges are free within Pakistan.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, your refund is processed within 7 working days. Card refunds go back to the original card. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer — we will ask for your account details.
Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will cover the return shipping and either replace it or refund you in full.
